Networks

A network is a member led group within Guided Eyes that brings together people with a shared area of interest, knowledge, skill, or purpose. Networks provide a structured way for members to connect, collaborate, learn from one another, and contribute to the Cooperative's mission.

Each network is guided by the interests and strengths of its members. It creates opportunities to share lived experience, develop ideas, build skills, identify opportunities, and work together towards common goals to create sustainable income streams.  Networks encourage active participation, mutual support, and collective problem-solving, ensuring that every member has the opportunity to contribute in meaningful ways.

Networks are an important part of how Guided Eyes operates. They enable members to take ownership of areas they are passionate about, help shape the direction of the Cooperative, and support the development of initiatives that benefit both members and the broader community.

Participation in a network is part of being an active member of Guided Eyes. Members are encouraged to join at least one network where they can share their experience, contribute their skills, collaborate with others, and help strengthen the Cooperative through active involvement.
